Hello Katie,

Thanks for purchasing the BoogiePully.

If your baby has a lot of mucus, you should hold it so the middle (air) valve is up so mucus doesn't easily flow out like down a pipe.

It is quite possible that you got a defective one.

If you send you transaction number, I will look you up and send you a replacement.
